A: Of course, you namby-pamby....

Q: How will people be culled?
A: Mostly by raygun, vaporising the subject to leave non-polluting base elements.

Q: Are you making money from this cull?
A: You betcha - even second-hand spaceships and rayguns don't come cheap. We will also accept sponsorship, paid media appearances and outright bribes.

Q: Will suggesting someone exempt me from list inclusion?
A: Nope.

Q: What's in it for me if I suggest someone for the list?
A: Nothing.
